Christian Dior Perfume Poison Poison was introduced as the first of a new line of fragrances from the design house of Christian Dior. The fragrance was available to the public around 1986. This scent was the first to be created and named without the use of Dior in the name itself. The creator wanted a provocative and powerfully seductive scent, and that is what he got with Poison for women.
It is seductive and enticing. The fragrance leaves no room for regrets, only a striving to experience everything that is available. It is a contradiction of love and hate, but pulls people to the wearer just as a seductress pulls her prey. The scent is long lasting and powerful, but not overbearing and harsh. Poison is the scent made for the woman who knows she is sexy and wants to use it. It is contained in a deep purple glass bottle that is almost in the shape of an apple as reminiscent of the stories told to little girls about apples. There is a seductiveness to the soft curving lines of the bottle and the ideal of the apple that a woman understands. The top is gold colored and capped with a clear stopper, the illusion of innocence in seduction.
Poison
Poison was the first of this new line to be released to the public. The fragrance was a break away from the traditional Dior sophisticated and elegant scent. Poison took the sophistication and elegance and added the seductive nature found in every woman. It is the perfect perfume for evening wear and should be used when ready for sensual adventures.
