Issey Miyake Perfume
Issey Miyake perfume has only put out eight fragrances in the last ten years, but they are some of the best in the design world. Much of the success of Issey Miyake scents can be attributed to his roots in Japan, and his training and first jobs that eventually led to the creation of the Miyake Design Studio and Issey Miyake Inc. located in Tribeca, New York.
Issey Miyake scents began in 1992 with the perfume called L’Eau d’Issey for women. It is a clean, fresh, floral scent that inspires the memories of mountain springs and waterfalls. This perfume was complemented by the Issey Miyake fragrance L’Eau d’Issey for men. It is a woody base that inspires freedom and well-being in every man who wears this perfume. The most recent pair of Issey Miyake perfumes and fragrances were introduced for the summer of 2005. Eau d’Ete 2005 L’Eau d’Issey for women and Eau d’Ete 2005 L’Eau d’Issey pour homme. Both Issey Miyake scents are capturing summer in the bottle. The 2005 Issey Miyake scent for women uses the floral base of the original perfume and creates a light, summer floral scent. The 2005 Issey Miyake perfume for men goes for more of a citrus base, but creates a sense of summertime fun and freedom. Other perfumes for women by this designer include, Le Feu d’Issey, Le Feu Light, Eau d’Issey Soothing Night Eau. All have a delicate floral base that is never overpowering. Issey Miyake perfumes for women stay on the clean and fresh side of scents and focus on intimacy, and relaxation. His perfume line for men includes L’Eau Bleue D’Issey, Eau d’Ete 2005 L’Eau d’Issey pour homme, L’Eau d’Issey for men. These perfumes focus on the celebration of freedom and well-being in men. The perfume line for men by Issey Miyake is a clean and deep collection of scents created especially for men. There were several years, where his perfumes did not come out with anything new, but the trend for the 21st Century shows that the perfumes by Issey Miyake are far from over and have introduced most of their collection since 2000. The Issey Miyake perfume line will hopefully continue to grow and provide the extraordinary scent that is unique to the Issey Miyake perfume line.
