The base notes consist of cedar wood, sandal, vanilla, musk, and Tonka and creates the deeply masculine wood foundation of the fragrance. The middle notes or heart notes include fig tree, reseda, and rose combining the woody with a hint of floral. The top notes include sage, basil, and black currant leaves to pull the fragrance back to purely masculine scents with only the hint of floral scent being detected.
Dune for men is contained in a clear glass bottle that is shaped as a representation of the strength found only in a man's back and shoulder. The soft rounded edges keep it elegant and clean lines make it refined.
