The first scent to come from the Britney Spears perfume collection was Curious. It was released to the public in 2004. Curious by Britney Spears had the biggest first week sales of any previous Elizabeth Arden perfumes. Curious also won the Fragrance Foundations Best Women?
Curious, is light and airy with a hint of musk. It contains everything that would make one curious about the wearer. The scents of flowers and chocolate mixed with musk create a spell that can entrance anyone.
Britney Spears is best known for her music, but now that she has teamed up with Elizabeth Arden, the Britney Spears perfume collection will be her next big hit which has already broken records and won awards. Britney Spears, who broke more records in the music industry at the age of seventeen, is hoping to do the same with her line of perfume collection. The mixture of the princess of pop attitude with the wholesomeness of southern living and playfulness of a young girl is helping the first two Spears perfume scents.
Many young girls as well as women have become enamored with these fresh, young scents from Britney Spears perfume collections. Many of the first to buy these perfumes were fans of the singer. Once these perfume scents were out, the public fell in love and wanted more.
In 2005, Fantasy was released to the public. It is a more grown up scent, but is just as playful as the first Britney Spears perfume. It is a deep scent that was inspired by her home state of Louisiana. It combines the floral scent of Louisiana magnolia with a musky vanilla scent to give a deep, rich scent that is as hot as southern nights.
